Why Satori?

Satori is a flash of deep understanding or insight; a sudden awakening to what is true. In these moments of presence,
we experience inner peace.
A Little About Me
I offer a non-judgmental and empathetic space where you can be vulnerable, be seen, be heard, and dream big. My approach is collaborative, curious, and calm. My clients often say they feel safe and comfortable in a way that allows them to go deeper.
I enjoy working with individuals, families, and couples that are eager to gain a deeper innerstanding and are open to change. I know change can be scary and challenging, so it is important that we work together at your pace.
When I am not with clients, I am usually hanging with my family and friends, walking my dog, exercising, or relaxing in the sun!
